It is durable enough to take the rigors of training, yet it feels as soft and flexible as cotton and is very color fast! It will not fade! Our Supplex® is a 2-ply senior grade nylon which is heavier and more durable than most on the market. It has a Teflon HT 80/20 finish for maximum water repellency and is extremely breathable.

This highly versatile fabric is ideal for all highly active sports and can also be used for travel gear and warm-up suits.

The Pro-Tech® Performance Advantage
Pro-Tech® Nylon is our original fabric choice to protect athletes while training in inclement weather conditions. This fabric gives you outstanding performance and is long-lasting, making it a great value. Pro-Tech® is a very durable 200 denier nylon with a one-ounce urethane coating that makes the garment highly water-resistant. This special coating also acts as a thermal barrier, providing maximum warmth.

Pro-Tech® is ideal for outdoor sport teams such as Football, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, and Rugby.

The Value of Taffeta
Boathouse’s Taffeta Nylon is a breathable, lightweight, crisp-looking fabric making it the first choice for wind-wear, warm-ups and travel suits. Our Taffeta nylon features a DWR finish, which provides additional protection. With Taffeta you get a lightweight and comfortable garment at a lower price that fits your school or team budget.

Styles in the Taffeta collection are ideal for “standard school issue”, travel suits, Track, Football, Soccer, Wrestling and Cheerleading.

Mesh Lining
Boathouse’s Mesh Lining is extremely breathable and wicks moisture away from the body and dries quickly. This is a multipurpose lining that is perfect for active and indoor sports, or for travel.

Mesh Lining is available in White only. (except for a few styles that feature a Black Mesh Lining)

Weatherblock^TM Lining
Boathouse’s Weatherblock^TM Lining is a great insulator without the bulk, enhancing freedom of movement. It’s comfortable, non-pilling jersey knit face is bonded to a lightweight polypro foam backing. Its thermal qualities make this a perfect lining for Parkas and standing on the sidelines in harsh weather conditions.

Weatherblock^TM Lining is available in Heather Grey only.

Quilt Lining
Boathouse’s diamond pattern Quilt Lining provides an outstanding combination of warmth and lightweight comfort. It is ideal for sport teams that need to stay warm in cold climates.

Sport Fleece Lining
Boathouse’s Sport Fleece is a heavyweight and extremely warm lining. It is breathable, water resistant and finished for resistance to pilling. It is ideal for sport teams that need to stay warm in cold climates and also for swimmers after they get out of the pool.

Sport Fleece Lining is available in the following colors: Red, Cardinal, Gold, Purple, Royal, Navy, Black, Forest and Grey.

Taffeta Lining
Boathouse’s Taffeta Lining is a 100% nylon that is extremely breathable and lightweight and offers minimal warmth.

Taffeta Lining is available in the following colors: White, Navy and Black.

Flannel Lining
Your body’s own microclimate activates this lining’s “push/pull” mechanism: body moisture pushes into the surface of the fabric; flannel polyester pulls it through to the outside for quick drying. Flannel Lining is extremely breathable and provided moderate warmth.

Flannel Lining is available in White only.

GORE-TEX® Brand Lining
If you’re an athlete or coach "on the move" with less need for warmth, the GORE-TEX® Liner is ideal. The GORE-TEX® Liner is inside an outer shell of water-resistant Supplex® Nylon. If moisture does get through the Supplex®, the breathable GORE-TEX® liner stops it while helping keep you dry. This lining is your ideal choice if you want the outer Supplex® shell to add a multitude of logo embellishments to help brand your team!

Tech-Mesh 200
A beefed up version of the 100, Tech-Mesh 200 has added weight and improved construction to withstand the wear and tear of higher contact sports. Now considered a mid-weight fabric, it still has the wicking, anti-microbial and moisture wicking properties that made the original great.

Dazzle 100
The eye-catching sheen of our Dazzle 100 stands out on the field. Take the technology of our other performance fabric’s, the mobility of a 4-way stretch knit, add in extra durability with an appearance to match. Great for high contact sports or just to look your best on or off the field.

This tough fabric gives Sport Mesh a whole new appeal! Aesthetically modernized, but maintaining the same impeccable performance features as our current sport mesh. The construction adds abrasion resistance while still keeping the athlete’s core body temperature at an optimal level through wicking and moisture management properties.

The next step in the evolution of our performance fabrics! Stretch-Mesh 100 is the perfect blend of wicking polyester and spandex. Similar to our Sport-Mesh, but with 2-way stretch providing compression, breathability and the durability to handle whatever you can throw at it.

A second skin that will help you come in first place. Used in compression tops and shorts, Power-Dri is the perfect fabric for warm-weather, high-intensity sports. It has a high Lycra® content, so it moves where you do, and gives you the same great fit wear after wear. Power-Dri helps your muscles stay warm and your skin stay cool, so you can concentrate on performing your best.

A heavyweight compression fabric, Therma-Core features a two-part, push-pull construction—moisture is pushed out, warmth is pushed in, making it great for intense aerobic workouts when the competition is probably taking the day off.

The name says it all - "Tech-Mesh". Ideal for a lightweight uniform or as training gear, there’s lots of technology added to this mesh. This loose fitting fabric is designed to push sweat away from your skin, thus wicking away moisture four times faster than cotton. Anti-microbial properties in the fabric also keep you fresh.

Versatile and durable, Clima-Guard is a moisture-management fabric we use in our training gear. It has the stretch and silky feel of Power-Dri, but fits more loosely. Go with Clima-Guard for your training tops when you want wicking with a bit of warmth.

A mid-weight fabric adaptable to many sports and conditions. A stretch knit blend of polyester and Lycra®, TxM is soft and comfortable, but also high-performing. The brushed back lifts the fabric off your skin for quick wicking, keeping your temperature even and your skin dry. Because of its moisture-management properties, good looks and comfort, TxM works well in both training suits and travel gear.
